Vegan Veggie Pate

2 c. sunflower seeds
1 c. all purpose Gluten Free Flour (if you're not GF, use reg flour)
1 c. nutritional yeast
1 tsp sea salt
1 c. olive oil
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 large carrot, peeled and chopped
2 onion, chopped
2 big stalk of celery
2 large garlic clove
2 c. water
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp Lemon all spice (you can use any spices you like)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
pepper

Oven at 350 C.
Grease 16×16 glass baking dish (or two 8 x8 dishes) 
In a food processor, blend all ingredients until almost smooth. Transfer to baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hr or until lightly browned. Scoop out once cooled off a little bit and place into glass jars
